People have dreams of making their existing house or place of business better. Sometimes they want to update their kitchen or bathroom. Some want a whole new wing added on to accommodate a new family member. A business owner might want to remodel their lease space by creating new spaces for business needs.

Pantoja Remodel
When my wife and I bought our home up here in the High Desert, this is where we were to live out our retirement years. Soon after, however, her mother came to live with us. Clearly we needed to add on to home and I designed a new mother-in-law wing onto our home. That's what got me started on designing house and remodels again and how WizardDesigns began. My builder needed drawings for permits and building plans so I went "back to my roots" and designed and drew the plans he needed. I now can't stop designing and helping my community with their dreams.
Lee Remodel
The Lees purchased a rental property that had a bathroom and wash room out on the back porch that was not permitted. The garage also was converted into a small guest house which was also cited for code violations. I created drawings to bring the wash room and garage up to code and they were able to have the rental legal again.
