Transforming Desires Into Reality

A local restaurant owner was losing business due to the small dining room. He contacted WizardDesigns in the hope that we could enlarge his dining area. He had a small corner of the commercial building where he was leasing the restuarant space.

Together, anything is possible.

After looking over the space we first attempted to incorporate the second floor of the lease space but the building owner wasn't thrilled with the idea. We then got his approval to incorporate the large area in front of his space into an outside seating area.

We created Design Sketches indicating how the space could be used, sections were created so that we could get a sense of volume.

Floor plans were also created so that we could see how traffic flow would work and if additional seating was possible.

Once the design was approved by all interested parties, Bid Sets were created whereby we could solict bids from local builders and are in the process of selecting a builder who will complete the project.
