People have such a variety of dreams.  Some only want a dream kitchen while others want a brand new house.  Others are only looking to make their backyards more liveable or entertaining.  Some just want their existing homes more manageable.

Home Design is where I got my start.  It's my first love.  Designing homes for people and watching the structure come to life is very rewarding These are houses designed for the homeowner (dream houses) and some are for builders who want to build and sell to the general public.

Business owners have dreams too.  Sometimes all is needed is a revamp of their existing lease space.  Occasionally they will purchase land and want to build an entire new complex promoting their business and related ventures.  Click for some examples of what can be accomplished.

Thinking of a new garage?  Perhaps a place to store and protect your brand new RV.  An additional structure on your property for a family member who wants to live with you, but not in the house directly.  Second dwelling units are an answer for a lot of people who have such a dream.
Remodeling
​
A new kitchen, an extra bedroom, perhaps just a remodeled bathroom is all you need.  If you add any plumbing, electrical or A/C then plans for your dream is required.  Get them down on paper before submitting to the City or County will make sure that remodeled area is up to code and an pleasing addition to your house.
