Transforming Desires Into Reality
Tragedy consumed the Peterson family home. After the fire was put out the business of rebuilding the house was set into motion.
Together, anything is possible.

The house was removed and most of the foundation was saved. This allowed for a substantial savings since most foundations are considered a third of construction costs of a new house build.

The original blueprints of the house (built in 1955) were obtained and the house plans were recreated so that the home owner could get a sense of what existed.

Floor plans and elevations were drawn to scale so that the existing foundation could be utilized in the re-build.

Following came the design stage where a new floor plan and elevation was developed, again utilizing the existing foundation and recreating a '50s style house that would fit in with the neighborhood. This new house now contained elements that they always wanted in the house. Items such as a master bedroom ensuite bath, detached 2 car garage, modern kitchen and dining.
